Our management
The Widas Group is characterized by a flat organizational structure and the associated fast communication channels. So, the door of our management is always open for our concerns, also a little small talk is always welcome.

Thomas Widmann defined the company's mission statement "Bigger Picture of IT", which he drives forward with passion and commitment. He is also the author of numerous technical papers on the topic of Big Data and IoT and a speaker at relevant IT conferences.
Christian Kappert
In addition to managing our location in Essen, Christian Kappert takes over the management of our customer projects. As an expert in the financial services sector, he advises customers on topics such as modern architectures, and intelligent sales and service solutions.

Sanjay Maniangode draws on extensive experience with technology solutions and architectures. With his interest and flair for current developments and trends, he is the ideal person to incorporate them into the company.

Sadrick Widmann has stepped up to transform his management and IT talent into compelling and intelligent client solutions. As Managing Director of Widas ID, he and Yael Widmann are responsible for the innovative Customer Identity & Access Management System - cidaas.

Yael Widmann applies the broad knowledge gained from her studies in Business Informatics and International Business Development directly in practice, successfully developing innovative business solutions. As a duo with Sadrick Widmann, she supports with enthusiasm and know-how - the Widas ID Cloud service - cidaas.

In the company, Noa Widmann combines IT skills with market- and value-oriented creativity, through a course of study: market-oriented corporate management (Master of Science), in progressive, solution-oriented strategies of digitization.
